This is a note on the boring, but necessary stuff regarding all materials on my site, my blog and my flickr account. I will keep it short and to the point. The whole website as well as the blog and the images hosted with flickr are under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial and NoDerivs 3.0 Unported License. See the very bottom of all pages for a link to the Creative Commons license page. What does this mean? Basically, you are welcome to use any of my work here for non-commercial purposes if and only if you provide appropriate credit by mentioning my site and/or name and/or linking back to the original location of what you used (e.g. a link back to my flickr photo page for a particular picture). You may not modify my work in any way, including cropping and colour alterations. Images must contain the site stamps I put on all pictures, either at the bottom right corner or a one pixel site outline usually at the bottom of all pictures. They are not obnoxious stamps, so please keep them there. I would appreciate if you could contact me when you use my images, but if you do not alter them and if you give me appropriate credit for them following the guidelines here, you do not have to email me. It is strictly forbidden to use my work for commercial ends. By commercial ends I mean using my material in any way that enables you to profit off of me. This is called ripping people off and taking credit for something you did not do. Not only is it dishonest, it is also a crime. This license can be waived if there is an agreement between you and me.
